An approach grounded in movement

Treatment tailored to elite athletes and people who train once a week

I start by understanding the activities you want to do again. Together, we define the goal and build a process that fits your current position, workload, daily routine and training.

My approach

Movement is both the path and the measure

I start by understanding the activities you want to do again. Together, we define the goal and build a process that fits your current position, workload, daily routine and training.

I combine functional assessment with a practical understanding of movement, training and load. It matters to me that you understand what we are doing, why we are doing it and how each stage connects to the goal we define together.

  • Listen and define the goal
  • Functional assessment
  • Progressive plan
  • Review and adapt along the way

In practice

Assessment, treatment and exercise as one process

I connect the work in the clinic with the activities we define as goals and the demands of daily life, work and training.
